Jack Nicholson

Et Tu, Witches of Eastwick?

File this under: things that make me want to cry. First there was 90210, then there was Top Gun. Now, they’re remaking The Witches of Eastwick! As a TV show, not even as a movie! As you probably know, the original starred Jack Nicholson, Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer. How can they top that? How?!

If those Hollywood types even try to think about remaking Clueless, I’ll quit my life and move to Botswana. Sure, I may not have electricity to turn my TV on, but at least they won’t be able to break my heart any more.

Update: I was just informed that they already turned Clueless into a TV show back in the mid-1990s. I’m going to let that slide because A) it still featured Stacey Dash and Donald Faison and B) the theme song was reaaaaaally sweet.
