Celebs turn out to support the Silver Rose Gala which benefits the Jenesse Center, a nonprofit organization that assists families victimized by domestic violence.
Halle Berry, a regular face at this event, looked stunning in a figure hugging cutaway dress. Other supporters at the event included Alicia Keys, Leona Lewis and Jamie Foxx.
Executive Ron Meyer (also, Tobey Maguire’s father-in-law) threw a HUGE Easter party at his home yesterday, and judging by the number of A-list celebrities that showed up, you’d think it was a red carpet event! All kinds of stars brought their families to the party, including Tobey Maguire (of course!), Molly Sims, Jamie Foxx, Goldie Hawn, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale.
It’s hard to say which celeb baby was the cutest — but Tobey’s kid is definitely a contender! Adorable!
As it turns out, Solange wasn’t the only celebrity at Karu & Y last night. Jamie Foxx was there too, and we got exclusive pictures of what was going on at the Day One party.
I see that Jamie is about to pop a bottle of champagne in these pictures. After the New Year’s Eve that I had, I’ve decided to swear off all things bubbly. I can’t even look at a can of Diet Coke the same way any more. I guess that’s what I get for going the bargain route and buying the stuff that costs $8.99 a bottle. That’s the last time I’ll ever be cheap with the booze.
Under normal circumstances, I’m not a big fan of Jamie Foxx. I think it has something to do with the double X at the end of his last name, but I’m not sure. I mean, why not go all the way and be Jamie Foxxx? Whatev. He looked pretty decent last night, though. His facial hair game is tight and I really like those jeans. Even though I’m pretty sure those sunglasses were meant for a woman to wear (and he has them on inside the club), I’m willing to forgive and forget.
Maybe 2009 will be the year that Jamie Foxx wins me over?
Seriously, Adam Levine can wave to me any day. He looks a little limp in the wrist in these pictures, but I can deal. I’ve seen his music videos, I know what’s up.
Adam was at the Fountainbleau Hotel for New Year’s Eve, along with Jamie Foxx, Stacy Keibler, Gavin Degraw, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Manillo. Nick and Vanessa have been together for quite some time now…I wonder if their New Year’s resolution was to get married in 2009?
Oscar-winner Jamie Foxx became the 2,347th celebrity to be immortalized on Hollywood’s “Walk of Fame” today. Foxx, winner of the best actor Academy Award in 2005 for his portrayal of soul singer Ray Charles in Ray, paid tribute to his grandmother during the ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard, saying “My grandmother’s gotta be spreading her wings and flying around in heaven, just so happy.”
Foxx also starred in the hit musical Dreamgirls and is set to appear in action-thriller The Kingdom later this month.
During the ceremony, Foxx also had words of support for Britney Spears, whose comeback performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last weekend was a flop. “I think Britney’s gonna be fine,” Foxx said. “I think that she was courageous to get up there and do her thing. I wish her well for that.”
MTV interviewed your favorite celebs on the red carpet as they worked their way into the hall for the show. Everyone looked incredible! Some of the stars we caught in our lenses included: Alicia Keys, The Foo Fighters, Jennifer Garner, Jamie Foxx, Lauren Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port from “The Hills,” Jennifer Hudson, Ludacris, Kid Rock, Megan Fox and Rihanna.
Rolling Stone celebrated its 40th Anniversary with a bash last night with a private party and performance by Kanye West at the Joint, Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas. Attendees included Ashanti, Nelly, Carey Hart, Eve, Jamie Foxx, Josh Henderson, Kat Von D, Pamela Anderson, Ryan Cabrera and, of course, Kanye West.
