Ashton Kutcher, Natalie Imbruglia, Lake Bell and Danielle Lloyd were among the stars on the red carpet at the London premiere of What Happens in Vegas…, due in US theaters on May 9. The film stars Kutcher and Bell along with Cameron Diaz.
Set in Vegas, the film’s story revolves around two people who discover they got married following a night of debauchery, with one of them winning a huge jackpot after playing the other’s quarter. The unhappy pair then try to get their hands on the money and fall in love along the way.
It’s reported that Natalie Imbruglia has split from her husband of four years, Daniel Johns. The 32-year-old singer says she and the Silverchair frontman have grown apart due to work pressures. The two met in 1999 at an awards show party and were married four years later on New Year’s Eve.
Fashion house Chanel paid homage last night to artisans and craftspeople who make feathers, pearls and silk flower accessories with a fashion show in London.
Since 2002, In addition to Chanel’s regular set of fashion shows, designer Karl Lagerfeld has held an annual show to put creations on display that are made by artisans and craftspeople whose businesses have been acquired by Chanel in order to ensure their survival and to pass along their techniques and knowledge.
The show took place in an old post office that is currently being converted to an auction house. Included in the 450 attendees who took in a wide variety of dresses, materials and colors were Claudia Schiffer, Lily Allen, Emma Thompson, Emma Watson, Karl Lagerfeld, Natalie Imbruglia and Sean Lennon.

In 2003, UNFPA and partners launched a global Campaign to End Fistula with the goal of making obstetric fistula as rare in developing countries as it is in the industrialized world. The organization’s target date for fistula elimination is 2015, in line with MDG targets to improve maternal health.
The Campaign is now working in more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia and the Arab region and involves a range of partners.
After being out of the limelight for a while, Natalie Imbruglia is back with her new single “Glorious,” in stores on August 27. The Aussie singer will follow the single with a greatest hits album entitled Glorious: The Singles 1997-2007 on September 10.
Imbruglia, seen here with husband Daniel Johns in London’s Covent Garden, insists the album is just a taste of some new material set to be released in the New Year, saying recently: “I have been busy in the past 12 months, writing and recording songs for my fourth album. But, as that record was coming together, I did start reflecting on the past 10 years, and all the fond memories of that time. So the idea of Glorious does make sense.” She also added: “I’ve always done my best to prove that I am worthy of my place in music. People can say whatever they want, but I think I’ve put some good songs out there. I’m not one of pop’s all-time greats. I haven’t chalked up any feats of musical genius. But I’ve been pretty consistent.”
