Country music icon Dolly Parton brought her famous body and big hair out to Los Angeles to celebrate the premiere of the film Joyful Noise at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
Dolly spared no expense in her awesome ritual of getting ready to go out. The famous singer is notorious for her big hair, big bosom, big bling and bedazzled and sparkling outfits.
True to form, Dolly wore a sparkly white dress, which flattered her ample bosom and giant blonde hair and paired it with a sheer gloves embedded with pearls.
The film, which stars Dolly and Queen Latifa is about a group of women who choose song in order to save their church from closing down and is being compared to Sister Act.
Last night was the American Music Awards and everyone who is anyone was there. I see my old heartthrob Lance Bass was even in attendance! For the record: yes, I know he’s gay. No, I don’t care.
Christina Aguilera looked flawless, but she always does so it’s almost as though it isn’t even worth noting any more.
Here’s my question: WTF was Brigitte Nielson doing there?
Update: I just went to Brigitte’s Wiki page, and it turns out she has several albums to her credit! The first one was released when I was four, so that’s probably why I hadn’t heard of it. Click here to check out her music video for Every Body Tells A Story. It’s probably the greatest thing the music industry has ever produced.
In fact, I bet the whole AMA ceremony was created just to herald Brigitte’s many talents. She probably gets nominated in every category every year, but kindly removes herself from the competition so that others can have a chance at glory. That Brigitte, she’s so kind.
Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, Queen Latifah and Giada de Laurentiis were among the stars on the red carpet at the premiere of Mad Money at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood, CA last night.
In the film, three female employees of the Federal Reserve plot to steal money that is about to be destroyed. Mad Money is due for release in US theaters on January 18.
