Carol Channing donated the diamond gown and her Tony Award from Hello Dolly, Esther Williams donated her two MGM career scrapbooks, Florence Henderson donated her two TV Land Awards and Julie Newmar donated the Catwoman outfit from the 1966 TV show “Batman.”
We found soon-to-be grandfather Lionel Richie at Spago with music legend Quincy Jones last night. Reportedly Richie, father of Nicole Richie, has decided upon the perfect gift for his pregnant daughter: a new home. He wants his grandchild to be as secure as possible as when he or she arrives so he’s shopping for the perfect gated community and the reports indicate he’s checking out a $7 million home. We caught funny man Chris Tucker and music legend Quincy Jones outside the Laugh Factory in Hollywood last night.
It’s been reported that after the third film in the series, Rush Hour film star Tucker will move on to do other things. Says Tucker: “For me as a career move, I don�t know if I want to do another one. The fans will have to really, really, really say that ‘3’ was so good that they want to see another one. Because I really want to do something different.”
