Woody Harrelson

Woody Harrelson Does Dinner

Woody Harrelson went out to dinner in Los Angeles last night, and he brought a mystery man with him. The guy is a little scruffy around the edges, but he could totally pass for a cousin of Woody’s. Maybe it’s the hair color?

Anyway, the two were spotted leaving the restaurant, and the Mystery Man helped Woody cover his face from the photographers. Why so shy, Woody?

Snaps from the Zombieland Premiere

Last night was the big premiere of Zombieland at Graumann’s Chinese Theatre, and Woody Harrelson looked really happy to be there. I’d be happy if I were him, too — that movie looks effing awesome. Of course, you guys already knew that…I told you back in March.

Normally, Woody shows up to these things looking a little rough around the edges. Not this time, though — he put on a suit and got a haircut, and this is the best I’ve seen him look in a long time. He cleans up okay!

Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg spent yesterday filming scenes for the upcoming movie Zombieland in Newnan, Georgia. The set depicts a town in in Texas that has just been through a battle between the zombies and the non-zombies. The horror/comedy film, in which a man described as “the most frightened person on Earth” looks to find refuge for a band of people in a world overrun by zombies, is set for release in US theaters October 2009. The film will also star Abigail Breslin and Emma Stone.

Um, I’m not entirely sure, but I’m about 99% positive that this will be the sweetest movie ever made. I L-O-V-E zombie movies, and this one looks like it kind of has a western feel to it, too. I’m expecting a cross between Dawn of the Dead and Tombstone, which is probably the sweetest combo in the history of EVER.

Jeez…is it October yet? I really don’t know if I can’t wait that long!

Woody’s Paparazzi Pal

Woody Harrelson is notorious for his run-ins with the paparazzi, but things turned out a bit differently today. Woody hit Miami Beach for some sunbathing and body surfing and when he spotted our snapper, he ran out of the surf to confront him. But, within minutes, the pair shook hands and were firm friends. They hit it off so well that Woody asked our photog to escort him back to his hotel covered in a towel to avoid the crowd of other paparazzi gathered on the beach for the Art Basel weekend.
